- Get QR under My Redemptions in the app
- Visit store — staff scans QR; you collect the item
Policies & buyer protection
Fulfilment: In-store pickup only; vendor scans your live QR before handover.
User protection: Report valid refusals or wrong items within 7 days with redemption ID.
