SUPERJI VENTURES SDN BHD

About Freebliss

Malaysia’s free-product discovery platform — transparent policies, secure QR redemption, and marketplace-grade user protection.

Browse on web, claim in app, collect in store. No purchase required for standard giveaways.

Company Information

SUPERJI VENTURES SDN BHD (Company No. 202301013641 (1533071-P)) is a Malaysian private limited company registered with SSM, operating from Kuala Lumpur. We design, build, and operate digital platforms — including the Freebliss mobile app and website — under activities classified as computer programming and information technology services.

Freebliss is our consumer-facing product: a two-sided marketplace where users discover 100% free samples and promotional items, and vendors gain foot traffic, product trials, and measurable redemption analytics. We are not a traditional paid e-commerce store; redemption is fulfilled in person via verified QR codes at participating outlets.

Our corporate services arm also delivers custom websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and ongoing IT maintenance for business clients, with pricing and delivery terms documented separately on this page.

Our Mission

To make Freebliss Product discovery fair, transparent, and accessible for every Malaysian consumer — while giving brands and retailers measurable, fraud-resistant redemption tools.

  • Eliminate hidden costs and misleading “free” campaigns
  • Standardize QR-based pickup so users know exactly what to expect
  • Protect users and vendors with clear, enforceable platform policies

Our Vision

To be the most trusted free-sample and giveaway platform in Southeast Asia — where every listing is verifiable, every redemption is trackable, and every partner grows through real in-store visits, not vanity clicks.

  • Expand vendor networks across retail, F&B, beauty, and FMCG
  • Invest in anti-abuse systems, maps, and redemption analytics
  • Deliver marketplace-level policy clarity comparable to major e-commerce leaders

What We Do

We operate end-to-end: mobile product engineering, vendor dashboards, API infrastructure, campaign listing tools, and client IT projects — all backed by documented policies and support channels.

Technology Development

We build and maintain the Freebliss iOS and Android apps, public website, vendor portal, and backend APIs (including product management, redemption validation, and analytics).

Features include map-based vendor discovery, real-time stock indicators, secure QR generation, push notifications for expiring claims, and integration-ready architecture for partner brands.

Platform Services

Vendors publish free listings with photos, terms, quantity caps, branch locations, and campaign schedules. Users browse, claim, and redeem without payment for standard free items.

Operations include listing moderation guidelines, redemption dispute handling, fulfilment policy enforcement, and optional paid vendor subscriptions for premium placement or tools.

Community Building

We grow a trusted network of users who want genuine free trials and vendors who want qualified store visits — reducing waste from unused samples and improving campaign ROI.

Community standards prohibit bulk hoarding, resale of free items, fake accounts, and harassment at pickup points. Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.

How to Redeem a Freebliss Product

Freebliss uses a simple in-app redemption flow — similar to checking out on major marketplaces, but with no payment step because listed items are 100% free. Follow every step below from download to pickup.

1

Download & install the Freebliss app

Get the official app from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Use the download buttons on our homepage or scan the store QR code. Only the official app can generate valid redemption QR codes.

Web browsing is for discovery; claiming requires the app.

2

Create your account & complete profile

Register with a valid mobile number or email, verify OTP where required, and allow location access if you want nearby vendor recommendations. Accurate profile data helps prevent failed verifications at pickup.

3

Browse & select a Freebliss Product

Use Home, categories, or search to find listings. Open product details to read description, photos, eligibility (e.g. one per user), expiry time, stock left, and pickup location on the map.

4

Review listing terms (pre-checkout)

Before claiming, confirm you meet all conditions: age limits, residency, first-time user only, or specific branch. Note the redemption window — same-day, 7 days, or until stock ends — shown on the listing page.

5

Tap Claim / Reserve (no payment checkout)

Press the claim button when stock is available. The app reserves one unit for your account. There is no cart payment, shipping fee, or credit card step for standard free giveaways.

If the button is disabled, stock may be finished or the campaign ended.

6

Confirm redemption & receive your QR code

After confirmation, your redemption appears under My Redemptions with a unique QR code tied to your user ID and listing. Do not share this QR publicly; it is single-use and may be void if misused.

7

Travel to the vendor during valid hours

Navigate using in-app maps or external maps. Arrive within operating hours and before the QR expires. Late arrival after expiry may require a new claim if stock allows.

8

Present QR at counter for vendor scan

Show the live QR from the app (not a screenshot unless the listing allows it). Vendor staff scan with the Freebliss Vendor app to validate. Once scanned, inventory updates and your status becomes Completed.

9

Collect your item & verify condition

Receive the product or sample as described. Check quantity, variant, and packaging before leaving. Optional in-app feedback helps other users and vendors.

10

Support & disputes after pickup

For missing items, rude refusal, or technical scan errors, contact support@freebliss.com or venturesappstech@gmail.com with your redemption ID, screenshots, and visit time. We review per our Fulfillment and Terms policies.

Our Policies

Comprehensive platform policies structured like major e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee): fulfilment, user protection, refunds, cancellation, delivery, privacy, terms, and disputes. Operated by SUPERJI VENTURES SDN BHD. Last updated: January 2026.

1. Fulfillment & Pickup Policy

Applies to all Freebliss Product redemptions on Freebliss

1.1 Scope. This policy governs how listed free items are reserved, verified, and handed over at vendor premises. Unless a listing explicitly states postal delivery, fulfilment is pickup-only.

1.2 Order formation. When you tap Claim/Reserve and receive a confirmed redemption with QR code, a binding reservation is created between you and the vendor subject to listing terms and platform rules. No payment is collected by Freebliss for standard free items.

1.3 Vendor obligations. Vendors must maintain accurate stock, hours, address, product description, and scan valid QR codes promptly. Repeated failure to honour valid redemptions may result in listing removal, account suspension, or termination.

1.4 User obligations. You must attend within the validity window, present the live in-app QR, comply with per-user limits, and behave respectfully at the outlet. Misrepresentation, proxy collection, or QR sharing may void the redemption.

1.5 Stock & availability. Listings close when quantity reaches zero or campaign ends. A successful claim does not guarantee pickup if you arrive after depletion — check real-time status in the app.

1.6 Failed fulfilment. Report out-of-stock, refusal, or scan errors via in-app support or email with redemption ID, time, and photos where possible. We may mediate, reissue eligibility, or take action against vendors per investigation.

Read complete Fulfillment Policy →

2. User Protection Programme

Marketplace-style safeguards for eligible redemptions

2.1 Eligibility. Protection applies when you followed all claim and pickup steps, presented a valid unexpired QR, and the vendor refused fulfilment without valid reason or listed item was materially not as described.

2.2 Not covered. No-shows, expired QR, violation of listing rules (age, region, one-per-household), user misconduct, or optional paid purchases at store unrelated to the free item.

2.3 Resolution. We may offer re-claim where stock exists, platform credit where applicable, or account-level remedies. We do not guarantee replacement of third-party branded goods if vendor stock is exhausted.

2.4 Evidence. Submit redemption ID, outlet name, date/time, and communication records within 7 days of the incident for fastest review.

3. Refund & Return Policy

3.1 Free redemptions. No purchase price is paid through Freebliss for standard free listings; monetary refunds do not apply. Disputes are handled under fulfilment and user protection, not card chargebacks to Freebliss.

3.2 Payment structure (B2B projects). Website and mobile app pricing is provided in a written quotation (not listed on the About page). Custom software tiers are capped at a maximum of RM 2,000 per listed package; payment stages follow your quotation. Monthly IT services are billed per the listed retainer rates.

3.3 Incomplete B2B projects (70% initial payment refund). If we cannot complete the agreed scope and terminate due to our side (not client breach, unpaid later stages, or missing approvals), we refund 70% of the initial payment stated in your signed quotation. The retained portion covers work performed and non-recoverable costs. Partial handover may be settled proportionally instead.

3.4 Other B2B refunds. Paid vendor plans or additional cases: (a) duplicate payment verified, (b) service not delivered per contract and uncured within 30 days where the 70% rule does not apply, or (c) full refund if we cancel before any work starts. Partial subscription periods and consumed third-party licences are otherwise non-refundable.

3.5 Process. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Email venturesappstech@gmail.com or support@freebliss.com with invoice number and project reference.

3.6 Physical goods at store. Returns of opened food, cosmetics, or regulated samples follow vendor store policy once handed over; Freebliss does not operate a warehouse return centre.

Read complete Refund Policy →

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 User cancellation before pickup. Cancel pending redemptions in-app before vendor scan. After scan, cancellation requires vendor cooperation except where platform voids due to error.

4.2 Account deletion. You may delete your account anytime; pending unfulfilled claims may be cancelled; personal data handled per Privacy Policy retention rules.

4.3 Vendor cancellation. Vendors may end subscriptions at billing period end; must clear or mutually resolve pending redemptions before delisting active campaigns.

4.4 B2B contracts. Project cancellation within 7 days if no work started; otherwise fees for completed milestones apply. Retainers need 30 days written notice.

Read complete Cancellation Policy →

5. Delivery Policy (Digital Services)

5.1 Digital deliverables. Software, credentials, repositories, and documentation are delivered electronically via agreed channels (Git, cloud console, email).

5.2 Timelines. Milestone dates are in the statement of work. Client review periods (typically 5–10 working days) pause the delivery clock until feedback is received.

5.3 SaaS access. Subscription environments activated within 24 hours of cleared payment unless dependency on client inputs delays provisioning.

5.4 Force majeure. Delays from outages, disasters, or government action extend timelines without breach liability.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 Data collected. Account identifiers, contact details, device data, location (with consent), redemption history, and support communications.

6.2 Use. Operate the platform, prevent fraud, improve features, send service notices, and comply with Malaysian law.

6.3 Sharing. We do not sell personal data. Limited sharing with vendors occurs only as needed to validate your redemption at their store.

6.4 Your rights. Request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal retention. Contact venturesappstech@gmail.com or support@freebliss.com.

Read complete Privacy Policy →

7. Terms of Service (Summary)

7.1 Acceptance. Using the website, app, or vendor tools constitutes agreement to our Terms, policies on this page, and listing-specific rules.

7.2 Account security. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and all activity under your account.

7.3 Prohibited conduct. Fraud, bots, harassment, IP infringement, circumventing claim limits, or interfering with vendor operations.

7.4 Limitation. Platform provided “as is” within Malaysian law; liability caps as stated in full Terms for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

8.1 Internal resolution. Contact support first with full details. We aim to respond within 3–5 working days for redemption disputes.

8.2 Escalation. Unresolved matters may be escalated in writing to SUPERJI VENTURES SDN BHD at our registered Kuala Lumpur address.

8.3 Law. These policies are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections specify otherwise.

8.4 Updates. Policies may be updated with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes.
