Understanding our cancellation and refund policies

Overview

At Freebliss, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and modifications for our services.

This policy applies to all users, vendors, and partners using the Freebliss platform.

User Account Cancellations

Account Deletion

  • Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings
  • Account deletion is immediate and irreversible
  • All personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days
  • Pending redemptions will be cancelled upon account deletion

Redemption Cancellations

  • Users can cancel redemption requests before vendor confirmation
  • Once a vendor confirms a redemption, cancellation requires vendor approval
  • Cancelled redemptions will restore the product to available inventory
  • No penalties apply for user-initiated cancellations

Vendor Account Cancellations

Subscription Cancellations

  • Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Access to premium features continues until subscription expires

Product Listing Cancellations

  • Vendors can remove product listings at any time
  • Pending redemptions must be honored or mutually cancelled with users
  • Removed listings cannot be restored; new listings must be created
  • Historical redemption data remains accessible for reporting

Cancellation Policy

Project-Based Services

Cancellation is allowed within 7 days of signing the agreement, provided no work has started.

Subscription Services

You may cancel at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable.

Ongoing Services

Any cancellation must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Free Service Model

Freebliss operates on a free service model for users. Since no payments are required from users for product redemptions, refunds do not apply to user accounts.

Vendor Subscription Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not provided for vendor subscriptions
  • Exceptions may be made for technical issues preventing service use
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days when approved

Promotional Credit Refunds

  • Promotional credits and bonuses are non-refundable
  • Credits expire according to their specified terms
  • Unused credits are forfeited upon account cancellation

How to Cancel

For Users

  1. Log into your Freebliss account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision
  5. Account will be permanently deleted

For Vendors

  1. Access your Vendor Dashboard
  2. Go to Subscription Settings
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Complete any pending redemptions
  5. Subscription ends at billing period

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), Freebliss reserves the right to:

  • Suspend services temporarily without penalty
  • Cancel pending redemptions if fulfillment becomes impossible
  • Provide alternative solutions or credits when possible

Policy Violations

Accounts terminated for policy violations are subject to:

  • Immediate cancellation without refund
  • Forfeiture of all credits and benefits
  • Cancellation of pending redemptions
  • Permanent ban from the platform
