1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel Freebliss accounts, claims, vendor subscriptions, and paid B2B services from SUPERJI VENTURES SDN BHD (Company No. 202301013641 (1533071-P)).
Cancelling something is not always the same as getting a refund. Refund rules are in our Refund Policy. These Terms of Service also apply.

2. Freebliss users (free claims)
Delete your account
- Open the app and go to Account / Settings.
- Choose delete account and confirm.
- Deletion is permanent; pending claims are cancelled.
- Personal data is removed according to our Privacy Policy (typically within 30 days).
Cancel a claim (redemption)
- Before the vendor confirms: you can usually cancel in the app and the item returns to stock.
- After vendor confirms: cancellation needs vendor agreement; contact support@freebliss.com with your redemption ID if there is a problem.
- No penalty fee for honest user cancellations.
- Free claims do not involve payment to us — cancelling a claim is not a money refund from Freebliss.
3. Vendors
Cancel vendor subscription
- Cancel from the vendor dashboard or email support@freebliss.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless your vendor contract says otherwise.
- Fees already paid for the current period are generally not refunded.
- You must honour pending valid redemptions or agree with users to cancel them.
Remove a listing
You may remove or end a campaign anytime. Pending claims should be honoured or cancelled with the user. Removed listings cannot be restored; create a new listing if needed.
4. B2B development projects (website, app, software)
Cancel before work starts
If your quotation or contract allows cancellation within a cooling-off period (often 7 days after signing) and we have not started work, you may receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Confirm the exact period in your signed document.
Cancel after work has started
If you cancel without our material breach, you usually pay for work completed and accepted milestones. We do not apply the 70% refund rule when you are the party cancelling.
We cancel because we cannot complete
If we end the project because we cannot deliver the remaining scope, refund rules are in the Refund Policy: typically 70% of the Initial Payment in your quotation, not a user-initiated cancellation.
5. IT & monthly services
- Website Maintenance (RM650/month), App Maintenance (RM1,200/month), and Hosting & Cloud (RM200/month) renew each billing period.
- To stop future charges, email venturesappstech@gmail.com before your next renewal date.
- Months already billed and served are generally non-refundable.
- If you added services via the About page cart, cancellation of future months still follows the same billing rules once invoiced.
Malaysian consumer note
Some continuing service contracts may be treated as "future services" under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. If that applies to you, statutory cancellation charges and refund timing may differ. We comply with mandatory law where it applies.
6. When cancellation does not mean a refund
- Free product claims (no payment to us).
- Vendor subscription period already active.
- IT or hosting month already delivered.
- Account terminated for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
- Promotional credits or bonuses (if offered) — non-refundable and may expire on account closure.
7. How to cancel paid services or request help

- B2B projects & IT invoices: venturesappstech@gmail.com — include company name, invoice or project reference, and what you want to cancel.
- We confirm in writing within 5 working days.
- Any approved refund is processed per the Refund Policy (usually 7–14 working days).
8. Force majeure & policy violations
Force majeure
If events outside reasonable control (e.g. natural disaster, government shutdown) prevent pickup or service, we may pause listings or redemptions. B2B projects may be suspended or renegotiated; refunds are discussed in good faith.
Policy violations
We may cancel accounts immediately for abuse, fake claims, or illegal activity. No refund of fees or credits in those cases.
9. Updates & related policies
We may update this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy unless your signed contract says otherwise.
