1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and SUPERJI VENTURES SDN BHD (Company No. 202301013641 (1533071-P)) ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the Freebliss website, mobile apps, vendor portal, and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account, claiming offers, using vendor tools, or paying for our technology services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Paid B2B work is also governed by your signed quotation or contract. If that document conflicts with these Terms on the same project, the signed document wins unless Malaysian law says otherwise.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your country if higher). If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. What the Service is
Freebliss platform (users)
Freebliss helps users discover free or promotional products from participating vendors. You can browse on the web or app, claim or reserve items, and collect them in store by showing a live QR code for the vendor to scan.
We provide the technology. Vendors control listings, stock, eligibility, and handover. We are not the seller of vendor products unless a listing clearly says otherwise.
Vendor tools
Vendors can list campaigns, manage inventory, and validate redemptions. Paid vendor subscriptions or tools, if any, are billed as described at signup or in your vendor agreement.
B2B technology services
We also offer custom website development, mobile apps, custom software, and IT services (maintenance, hosting) as described on our About page. Pricing for web and app projects is in a written quotation; some software tiers and IT fees are listed on the website.
3. Accounts & security
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- Keep your password and device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One personal account per person unless we approve a business account.
- We may require phone verification, OTP, or other checks for security.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to
- Break Malaysian or other applicable laws.
- Use fake identities, bots, or scripts to abuse claims or limits.
- Hoard free items for resale where listings forbid it.
- Harass vendors, staff, or other users at pickup or online.
- Upload malware, spam, or infringing content.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service without written permission.
- Misuse QR codes (screenshots, sharing, or replay after use).
Consequences
We may warn, suspend, or delete accounts that break these rules. Serious abuse may be reported to authorities.
5. Vendor obligations
- List accurate product details, quantities, and pickup rules.
- Honour valid redemptions when the user presents a live QR code within the listing period.
- Comply with Malaysian business, consumer, food safety, and advertising laws that apply to you.
- Handle customer data at pickup in line with privacy law.
- Do not discriminate against users without a valid operational reason.
Vendor content licence
You grant us permission to display your logos, images, and listing text to operate and promote the Service. You confirm you have rights to that content.
6. Claims, QR codes & pickup
- Claims may expire when the listing timer ends or stock runs out.
- QR codes are for one valid pickup; vendors may refuse expired, used, or tampered codes.
- Report pickup problems within 7 days with your redemption ID (see Fulfillment Policy).
- Product quality, allergens, and safety are primarily the vendor's responsibility.
No payment for standard free claims
Standard free giveaways do not require payment to us. Payment terms in section 7 apply only when you buy services or subscriptions from us.
7. Paid services, payment & refunds
Payment
B2B projects follow your quotation (initial payment and milestones). IT services are billed monthly as listed on our About page unless your contract says otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy. In summary: if we cannot complete a signed B2B development project due to our inability, we refund 70% of the Initial Payment in your quotation. Other cases (duplicate payment, pre-start cancellation, IT months already served) are listed there.

Account and subscription cancellations are described in our Cancellation Policy.
8. Privacy & intellectual property
Privacy
We process personal data under our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). That includes account data, redemption history, and support messages.
Our IP
The Service, brand, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the app and site for personal or authorised business use only.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and show it to run the Service. We may remove content that violates law or these Terms.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Service availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or app store review delays may occur.
Vendor products
We do not warrant vendor product quality, fitness, or legality. Disputes about the product itself are primarily between you and the vendor, subject to consumer law where it applies.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit) from platform use. For paid services, liability may be limited in your signed contract. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including certain consumer rights or death/personal injury from negligence).
10. Suspension & termination
You may delete your account in app settings where available. Deletion cancels pending claims and removes access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud risk, or legal requirements. On termination, your licence to use the Service ends; we may retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Malaysian law, disputes & changes
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur generally have jurisdiction. Consumers may use KPDNHEP or the Tribunal for Consumer Claims where the law allows.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Important changes may be emailed or shown in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update, unless the law requires more.
